Will I be a good business person?

We have so many mothers turning into business people with the help of digital marketing. The energy and dedication put up by many mothers are just so admirable.

I also know many people who really want to thrive well in a business and also many who are dreaming to be good business people.

I am in to this online marketing for past 6 months and I would love to share my thoughts.

So when it comes to digital marketing what things do we really need to take care of to do a successful business?

First of all, successful business doesn’t mean we do great business everyday and with every customer. A successful business can only happen when you are ready to take hits, knock offs and get back again.

Yes! This can’t happen overnight and you need to be resilient. Just like a toddler who is resilient to get what they want.

You can have a day as if you are next to Bill Gates and the very next day you might feel it’s just so hard.

Every entrepreneur will have roller coaster emotions every now and then and it’s just how we handle it.

The very first time when I got a complaint from a customer I felt the whole world crashing and I felt “Oh! Why should I take so much pain for earning such a small amount? ”
Coincidentally my toddler had a big fall and I felt guily and I blamed my business for his fall! See, how it can take an ugly turn.

The very next day another customer gives a lovely feedback and you get a nice feel and now you get ready for a bright day.

So to become a successful entrepreneur you need to take hits and hugs simultaneously.

The failures would pave path for a greater victory only if you know to control your emotions and love what you do with resilience.

I learnt few more things in my 6 months business journey.

Be honest and brutally honest about what you do.

Love your customers. Yes! Only when we love our customer we can give the best.

Hurdles? Negativity? Overcome these with the positive side of the story.

Unhappy customer? Tackle! Refund or replace or add an additional gift just to keep them your customer forever.

Competition? Love it! It’s not nice to run alone and win. Give a good fight with the best you have.

Business is just not about earning money but also earning people and belief. There can be mistakes, there can be hurdles but when you learn just recorrect and let it not happen again.
