Refund and Cancellation Policy

GIFT EQUALS LOVE LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• GIFT EQUALS LOVE LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the GIFT EQUALS LOVE LLP, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

How do I create an account in GeL?

“Check out” page has a check box below the country column to generate a new account during your purchase.

How do I place a return or replace request?

Go to GeL’s “Contact us” page and fill the details along with the picture of the product. You will be contacted by our cutomer representative.

How long will it take to receive the refund or replacement?

GeL takes anywhere between 5 to 10 days to complete your request.

How will I get my refund?

Your amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.

How will I get my replacement?

If you are promised for a replacement normally it takes 5 to 7 working days to reach you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the payment. Usually it takes around 5 to 7 working days to reach you.

GeL will notify you once your order is dispatched via email which you registered during your check out.

Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?

Shipping and delivery charges are particular to a product and it will be mentioned in your “Check out” page. The charges will vary depending on your location and weight of the product.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Presently, we have tied up with Indian postal service and private courier services for smooth delivery

How can I get my orders delivered faster?

If you wish to get the product within 3 days from the payment date you will have to choose the “Express Shipping” during your check out. You will be charged extra which would reflect during check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not deliver product out side India at this point of time.
