• Many of our toys have small particles hence parental supervision is necessary

Shipping Policy:

• Presently, we have tie up with Indian postal service and private courier services.
• We dispatch your order in 48 hours of receiving money, mostly in a day.
• It normally takes 5 to 6 working days to reach to North Indian states. And 3 to 4 working days to south Indian states.
• We opted for Indian postal services as we believe it can reach every nook and corner of India, even rural areas.
• We see 99 percent of our parcels reach the right place. However, if the product is not delivered in person, it will be in the nearest post office of your area and we request you to collect it.
• In case, if you can’t collect it, it ll be delivered back to us and we can refund all your money in a week time.

Refund or Exchange Policy:

• In GEL we make sure all shipments are carefully inspected and packed before they are dispatched.
• However, if due to some unforeseen situation if the product is damaged (as wooden products have lot of possibility of it) during the transportation, the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
• The damaged products will be replaced. However, the customer needs to provide a proof on the very same day of receiving the parcel through “Contact Us” form or through a mail to the following ID
